The other day I didn’t have anything to do. It was one of those days when you wake up and say “Today, I want to be lazy!” After a while I got bored and I started watching “Gossip Girl”. That is a really good show; there have been many dissensions between my friend and I to whether the plot is good or if it’s just pointless.
One character made me laugh a lot. I believe her name is Blair, and she’s the IT girl alongside her best friend Serena. Her big, wide eyes and her nervous manners are out of the ordinary, as well as how meticulous she is at all times. She is lionized by all the other students that attend her school. She can be really mean sometimes and her craving of power and attention are the qualities that make her fascinating.
While watching this I laughed hysterically, and I think I might have scared my brother because he turned to look at me with his huge dark eyes, and stared at me like I was some freak that broke loose from the circus. He tried to watch an episode with me but he couldn’t apprehend it. He wasn’t assimilated into the group of addicts that watch the show at any chance they get. He thought it was weird and I don’t blame him, because it is a girly show. Instead he was absorbed into his video games. I guess everyone like different things.
