The bomb about to explode,
Unleashing nothing but,
Anger and yells.
Words fly across the room.
The worst part is that you don’t even mean them
At all.
You yell what’s on your mind,
The rage is what took over.
Now you have the stale
Bitter flavor of pennies in your mouth.
You can’t seem to it out.
This happens once in a while,
But when it does,
The volcano explodes.
Destroying everything in its way,
And turning everything into molten,
Rock.
Tornados take down everything
In their path.
Bonds that where once strong,
Slowly are untangled.
You don’t notice this at the moment,
But you will feel the effect of it,
For days to come.
After the storm is,
Somewhat calm.
A ray of sunshine penetrates the clouds.
This reminds survivors that
Not all is ever lost.
This ray is forgiveness.
We take it.
Hoping it will last.
This time,
Fovever.
